Trouble Download Audio File:
1- RIGHT CLICK the download link provided. When the menu pops up, click "save link/target as." This will all you to download the audio file directly to your desktop.
*NOTE- LEFT CLICKING will automatically open the audio file into a new window and stream the audio. This does NOT download the file to you hard drive.
Trouble Downloading/Opening PDF:
1- Check to make sure you have the most updated version of Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader. If you don't have the most updated version, you will most likely be unable to open any PDF created in a version newer than the one you already have.
2- If you update your PDF Reader, and you still get no results: try using a different browser

Trouble Viewing Video:
The majority of our videos are played using EZS3.com, which streams flash video.
1- Check to make sure you have the most updated version of flash player for the browser you use.
2- If you update your Flash Player, and it still doesn't work: try using a different browser to view the video in.
* You cannot right click the video links unless they are specified as a 'download' link.
* The success of video playback is affected by your bandwidth. The less you have, the longer the video will take to load and play, so please be patient.
Trouble opening material on a mobile device
If you are having trouble opening a program on a mobile device most likely it is because the download is a zipped folder. You'll need to unzip the folder on your computer and transfer the files to your mobile device. If you can't unzip the folders- please send a support ticket requesting and unzipped version of the program.
