lost password to several bobby rio products

Reference Bobby Rio products:

1. The natural

2. Magnetic Messaging

3.Players Paradigm

4. Robby Rio support(TSB Masg)

     I seem to have lost access to products number 1-3 which have been consolidated on one site by Nataly. I need to know how to correct  the lost password protocol.  I DO NOT HAVE the old password.  Request you tell me what info you need me to supply and I will look at my old emails(may-Jun2016).

PS Apparently you normally use a different password to TSB Mag suport than regular member sites. please verify for me.
