losing a connection with a woman --- how do I fix it?

love this program  ... results are amazing

I was running strong with a woman I am interested in... however she is losing interest...

1. Meeting her --- I went to festival with a couple of women that I was in the friend zone .... which I was actually ok with...  So I decided to branch out and "pickup" someone else.  I was sitting between the women I went with and 7 women that were friends.... Was not sure who to pick to dance with... So I brought All 7 of them to the bar -- bought them a drink and started chatting... I became intrigued with 1 particular person and asked her to dance....  we danced and chatted ... I was getting her phone number when one of my friend zone ladies got pissed off and kinda dragged me off the dance floor ... :)  gotta love the Bobby Rio coaching....  So I missed her phone number ... but later my dance partner "Tina"  found me on OKCupid... and we started chatting... 

2. She immediately asked me out for new years (around dec 1) ... which I accepted and purchased a ticket for the event... Then I told her that was a long time out.... lets go dancing this weekend dec 10....  we were talking on the phone and chatting on line daily

3. originally it was for Sat ... she changed it to Sunday...  then sunday morning she backed out and set a date for this coming sat.... which I accepted ... we also spoke about what to wear for new years eve....

4. at this point she is not responding as quickly .... and I detect a slow down in interest in our conversation... 

How do I get this back on course.... and increase her interest... I like this girl so far...

BTW --- this material is great --- Last nite I walked into a dive bar.  one woman in it.... sat next to her to see what I could do .... and in 10 minutes or less I got her phone number and we will meet up soon... which is amazing progress for me.. ... but my primary focus is discussed above.
